A New Owner For A Metairie-Based Bank

Eureka Homestead is a federal savings association that is in Metairie. Eureka Investor Group Inc. has plans to acquire Eureka Homestead Bancorp Inc. The transaction should be completed by the beginning of 2024.

Eureka Investor Group is a new corporation that is headed by two long-standing banking directors in the industry, Lisa Narrell-Mead and Bob Goldstein. According to the company Eureka Homestead must raise $43 million to fund the transaction. There will also be a new full-service community bank that will be located in the New Orleans area.
