Wills, Quills & Sundries has handled real estate closings for 12 years. Whether you provide your own closing packages or need printing services for packages from out-of-state lenders, we print, execute, proof, scan, email and / or mail out closing packages on our clients’ behalf.
Last Will & Testament
We handle all types of wills – from simple wills with limited property to complicated wills with a testamentary trust for a minor – we can help you organize and create a will which covers all of your assets. Real Estate Transfers
There are many different ways to convey property in the state of Louisiana. Wills, Quills & Sundries offers the creation of Cash Sales, Acts of Donation, Quit Claim Deeds and Bond for Deeds / Owner Financing. We also can create a Mortgage / Note to be recorded with the Clerk of Court.
Basic Notary Services
Many people just need routine notary services for simple acts, such as Oaths, Pledges, Affidavits, Acknowledgments, and basic Notarizations. For out-of-state transactions for the sale or purchase of real estate or automobiles, Wills, Quills & Sundries will treat your mail-out package just like a regular real estate or vehicle refinance / cash-out closing.
